Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out sales and payment collection activities
∎ Visit potential customers on regular basis
∎ Establish and maintain good relationship with the clients and customers in an ethical and professional manner
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly sales and payment collection plans and achievement reports
∎ Achieving monthly sales and payment collection target
∎ Provide market reports on competitors' pricing and competitors' activities on regular basis
∎ Survey market, seek out new opportunities, take necessary actions as per advise from Seniors/Management and help to determine appropriate measures to gain competitive advantage with the prospective clients
∎ Promote company goodwill and business through appropriate sales and promotional activities
∎ Visit key customer and construction site on regular basis
∎ Follow up all existing clients & discover new market aiming to business expansion, identify and acquire new prospective customers
∎ Location and markets are transferrable/changeable from time to time as per management requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) in a similar role
∎ Must have experience in the relevant field
∎ Should have good communication skill
∎ Should be sincere, ethical, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure
