Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or Economics.
Postgraduate diploma or certification in Sales, Training, or Learning & Development is an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in sales training, sales excellence, capability development, or commercial operations.
Exposure to FMCG sales environments, especially General Trade (GT) and field sales operations.
Experience supporting sales training programs, field coaching, or performance improvement initiatives.
Practical understanding of sales KPIs, incentive structures, and execution standards.
Experience coordinating with Sales, HR, RTM, or Sales Automation teams is preferred.
Support implementation of sales capability development programs for frontline sales teams.
Assist in identifying sales skill gaps through data analysis, field feedback, and performance reviews.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and refresher programs for Sales Officers and Supervisors.
Support onboarding programs for new sales recruits, ensuring fast productivity ramp-up.
Assist in developing and updating training materials, sales manuals, SOPs, and playbooks.
Work closely with Sales Automation teams to ensure effective usage of SFA and digital selling tools.
Track training participation, assessment scores, and post-training performance impact.
Support field coaching initiatives by assisting managers with coaching tools and observation checklists.
Help standardize sales routines, execution benchmarks, and best practices across territories.
Support capability rollout for new product launches, RTM changes, and promotional programs.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, evaluations, and capability dashboards.
Continuously learn FMCG best practices and contribute ideas to strengthen sales effectiveness and productivity.
