Responsibilities & Context:
This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across ERP systems, supporting business operations and decision-making through effective data governance and maintenance.
Create, update, and maintain master data records (e.g., materials, vendors, customers, chart of accounts) in the ERP system.
Ensure data quality standards are met and maintained across all domains.
Follow established data governance policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Perform regular data audits and cleansing activities to eliminate duplicates, outdated, or incorrect entries.
Collaborate with business units to validate and approve master data changes.
Work closely with ERP functional teams to support data-related configurations and enhancements.
Assist in testing and implementation of ERP upgrades or new modules.
