Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up on the approval of the Requisition, CS, and PO in the system.
Sourcing and purchasing engineering items.
Run RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
Run the procurement process in the Oracle system and generate reports.
Bill submission to Accounts with all requirements. (Challan, GRN/Bill/Authorized signage)
Fulfilment of audit requirements.
