1. Minimum Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university or Diploma in Textile Engineering is given preferable with sound knowledge in Cutting in a Knit or Lingerie Garments Factory.

1. Good at problem-solving ·
2. Must have strong leadership, and management capability and be target-oriented.
3. Good communication skills in both English and Bengali (oral and written)·
4. Having good knowledge of using auto-cutter (Lectra) and auto spreader.
5. Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within a preset timeframe.
6. Preference will be given to candidates working under EPZ.

Job Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced officer-cutting to join our Garments Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing cutting operations with precision and efficiency, ensuring all fabric panels meet our quality standards. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of production and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the SOP of Cutting strictly.
2. Independently follow up, monitor, control, and be responsible for all cutting-related activities.
3. Proven capability to understand different specifications & requirements.
4. Thorough knowledge of fabric consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabric construction, size set, etc.
5. Must have good knowledge of the knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
6. Received the Fabrics/ Rib and other items from the Store as per Consumption·
7. Reduce fabric wastage and ensure optimum cutting productivity & deliver to sewing after production.
8. Maintain 100 % Floor Housekeeping & Compliance standards.
