Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process and follow up orders & provide timely and effective services to local and overseas customers;
∎ Prompt to respond customer enquiries and requests (via telephone, fax and email communications) as and when required ;
∎ Coordinate with relevant department to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers;
∎ Follow up and coordinate to clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance;
∎ Coordinate all relevant issues with customers in relation to slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (day sales outstanding);
∎ Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standard ;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in English communication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc.);
∎ Result oriented and willing to take challenges ;
∎ Quick and careful learner
∎ Ability to work efficiently and effectively;
∎ Strong teamwork spirit;
∎ Strong communications skills in English and Bengali (speaking & writing) ;
∎ Having growth mind set to accept changes in technologies, systems ;
