  • Adequate knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power point & internet browsing.

Job Responsibilities of Tele Sales:

  • Make outbound calls/SMS to NML customers for new sales, expiration, and maintenance updates.
  • Maintain and update the lead database for accurate follow-ups.
  • Follow up with warm leads and previous inquiries to push sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
  • Assist clients with the setup and onboarding of vehicle tracking services.
  • Collect initial payments on time and resolve payment issues.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities of Customer Care:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming & outgoing phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide a Technical solution to the client.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Assist the client to access the necessary software.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
