Job Responsibilities of Tele Sales:
- Make outbound calls/SMS to NML customers for new sales, expiration, and maintenance updates.
- Maintain and update the lead database for accurate follow-ups.
- Follow up with warm leads and previous inquiries to push sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Assist clients with the setup and onboarding of vehicle tracking services.
- Collect initial payments on time and resolve payment issues.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities of Customer Care:
- Manage large amounts of incoming & outgoing phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide a Technical solution to the client.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist the client to access the necessary software.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
