• Providing information Face to face and over the phone.
• Help to fill out the registration form, System entry, Providing card, Guide registration to others area, collection.
• Assist, patient receive & queue management, coordinating with nurse station & doctor’s room, explaining end to end process to patients.
• Make sure the Health Check-up patients/ clients’ proper explanations, guide, emailing and documentation.
• Make Schedule, Share the link with patient and follow-up end of the service and share the prescription with the patient.
• Corporate's Patient Email or What's app Massage Response, Report or status update, Schedule, appointment or booking and timely update. Ensure one stop service
• Patient Queries and Crisis Handling-Through Call, Through Email, Through Information Desk or anywhere in the hospital.
• Internal Coordination-Circulation of the Doctor Information, Circulation of Facility Information, communicating patient's needs, Assisting in Visitor management
