Responsibilities & Context:
To recover the amount of money from assigned overdue accounts over phone
To update account status, payment promises and notes in the collection system timely
To evaluate professionalism, script adherence, compliance (e.g., no harassment) and effectiveness
To prepare reports of dues, collection and daily activities
