Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have graduate in B.Sc or M.Sc in Doctor of veterinary Medicine/Animal Science/Fisheries from reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct farmer survey to evaluate their needs and identify selling possibilities
∎ Actively seek out sales opportunities by exploring new markets, conducting planned sales calls and networking among the related stakeholders
∎ Deliver appropriate message on products and services to the customers to generate demand
∎ Visit Farm, listen to their opinion/ complaints, identify problem and provide appropriate solution
∎ Build strong relationship with Farmer to ensure sustained sales year after year
∎ Prepare different reports on sales performance, market survey etc. and submit them to supervisor as and when required
∎ Report to the line management on any unusual/ unexpected results and any other special market observation/ information with proper explanation.
∎ Farm Management & Technical Service
∎ Look after chick's production and distribution.
∎ Preparing and monitoring disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
∎ Preparing and verifying all production & administrative reports.
∎ Local issues and administrative work.
∎ Advise Farm owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments
∎ Develop areas for Retailers/Dealers/Farmer keeping company business interest in mind.
∎ Use the credit limit within company approved policy.
∎ Regular follow up of sales order and payment.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Salary: Negotiable
