∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ PGD in Social Compliance will get preference.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006, and Labor Rules.
∎ Monitor compliance certification and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ Ensure that no Force Employment occurred in the factories.
∎ Face different types of Buyer Audit.Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during the audit.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get the object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection.
∎ Communicate with Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation, etc to lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs.
∎ Assist with superiors to monitor compliance certifications like BSCI, SEDEX, Betterwork, ACCORD/RSC, Nirapon, Technical Audits and manage their audits.
∎ Maintain liaison with Buyers Auditor, Compliance Auditor/Third Party Auditors.
∎ Any other relevent task assigned by management
