Job Responsibilities:
∎ New / relocated CP Food outlet location visit & measurement taking.
∎ Food outlet layout design through Auto CAD
∎ Prepare Food Outlet documentation
∎ Prepare Food Outlet agreement
∎ Hand over the assignment new / relocated Food Outlets on time.
∎ To meet the in time solution for construction, decoration and any kind of electrical & mechanical work for any project.
∎ Negotiation with vendor for equipment and project related works.
∎ Identification of standard kitchen equipment and proper service solution
∎ Set the construction work timeline after discussion with franchisee.
∎ Prepare new FO hand over plan & timeline and meet the timeline on time
∎ Maintain the BD equipment stock at warehouse properly
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
