Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets coordinating with dealers, agents and farmers
∎ Ensure maximum selling pricing of chicks, feeds, and commercial eggs to enhance profitability
∎ Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue
∎ Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on-time credit realization
∎ Visit farmers regularly, guide them to manage flock health, and provide medication, if necessary
∎ Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention
∎ Conduct market analysis, collect performance reports of competitors, be aware of competitor's growth, and set strategies to gain higher market share
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to the Line Manager timely
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 - 2 years, particularly in poultry, fertilizer and pesticides sales operation
∎ Have experience in selling day old chicks (DOC), feed, commercial egg, etc.
∎ Have adequate knowledge on geographical areas in Bangladesh
∎ Have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
∎ Have good selling, negotiation, and persuasive skills
Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive
