Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing the Anodizing, ETP & Automatic powder coating plant to control chemical processes for aluminum profiles.
∎ Analyzes samples of aluminum in different process to ensure that quantities within standard limits.
∎ IQC of all input raw material (chemicals, Ingot, Magnesium etc.)
∎ Determines the kinds and amounts of chemicals & raw materials be used in each production process.
∎ Tests samples extracted from various points in the distribution system such as billet casting, Aluminum Extrusion, Automatic Powder coating, Ageing, anodizing to discover possible scope to improvement.
∎ Ensure proper reporting and documentation on all kinds of chemical related activities in the plant.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Anodizing, Automatic Powder coating, ETP
∎ Skills Required: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Chemical Testing
∎ Ability to work under pressure
