We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Officer – CCTV Maintenance and Surveillance Operations to join the IT team. This role is critical in ensuring the security and smooth operation of our surveillance infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring CCTV systems, access control mechanisms, and surveillance networks to protect company assets, facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain surveillance equipment including CCTV cameras, audio devices, and associated systems.
Configure and troubleshoot Mikrotik routers, network switches, IP phones, access control systems, and electronic door locks.
Ensure continuous functionality of all CCTV and security systems, including secure storage and backup of video footage.
Conduct routine inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of all surveillance equipment.
Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and operational documentation.
Monitor real-time surveillance feeds to identify and respond promptly to security threats or unusual activities.
Report any security breaches, equipment faults, or potential risks to relevant authorities or departments.
Support internal investigations by retrieving and analyzing relevant surveillance footage or system data.
Ensure compliance with company security policies, data protection guidelines, and applicable laws.
Train and support staff in the use of surveillance and monitoring systems.
Monitor the Vehicle Management System (VMS) to track vehicle usage, movement, and performance.
Generate detailed reports on vehicle misuse, unauthorized trips, fuel misuse, and idling, as per company policy.
Analyze VMS data to detect trends, risks, and irregularities in vehicle operations.
