• Highly target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Machinery Sales who has strong expertise in industrial and packaging machinery sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business, managing key clients, and driving sales growth in the printing and packaging sector.

Product / Industry Focus

The candidate must have sales experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Packaging Label Printing Machinery

• Packaging Machinery

• Packaging Label Printing Machinery Consumable Items

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and industrial clients.

• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.

• Coordinate with technical, service, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
