Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and retailers.
Supervise and manage the performance of the field sales team.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient distribution.
Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns, product promotions, and trade activities.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management.
