• Age At least 25 years

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in banking, finance, or corporate funding (experience in printing/publication industry preferred).

• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, project financing, and capital market instruments.

• Proven expertise in preparing feasibility studies, financial reports, and credit documentation.

• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office, financial modeling, and banking software.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for obtaining local and foreign loan/equity approvals from government and private banks as well as financial institutions on short, mid, and long-term bases.

2. Prepare feasibility reports for new projects, financial reports, and credit authorization documents.

3. Manage syndication financing, including feasibility studies and credit risk grading for project funding and development works.

4. Oversee bonded warehouse management in compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Develop strategies for fund raising through issuance of shares, debentures, bonds, IPOs, and effective share capital management.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, non-banking financial institutions, and foreign funding agencies.

7. Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely approval of all banking and financing activities.

8. Provide financial insights and analysis to management for effective decision-making.

9. Monitor financial markets and assess funding opportunities to secure favorable terms for the organization.

10. Support the management in project financing, expansion activities, and long-term financial planning.
