• Supervise daily farm operations to ensure efficient and effective management.

• Oversee food safety management, including grass plantation, sourcing, and ensuring the availability of supplements and grains of cattle Farm.

• Ensure proper feeding, watering, medication, and timely vaccination of all cattle to maintain their health and productivity.

• Implement and maintain biosecurity measures to protect the farm against potential disease outbreaks.

• Ensure maximum meat and Semen by maintaining feed quality and proper nutrition, ventilation, environment. Track production metrics like weight gain, meat and semen production.

• Lead and supervise farm staff, providing training and guidance to support their professional development and ensure the overall growth of the farm.

• Ensure routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities to guarantee smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records of resources, costs, and other relevant data, and prepare reports as required.

• Monitor and ensure the security of the farm premises to prevent any unwanted incidents.

• Coordinate with SCM regarding feed and medicine.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or authority.
