Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily farm operations to ensure efficient and effective management.
∎ Oversee food safety management, including grass plantation, sourcing, and ensuring the availability of supplements and grains of cattle Farm.
∎ Ensure proper feeding, watering, medication, and timely vaccination of all cattle to maintain their health and productivity.
∎ Implement and maintain biosecurity measures to protect the farm against potential disease outbreaks.
∎ Ensure maximum meat and Semen by maintaining feed quality and proper nutrition, ventilation, environment. Track production metrics like weight gain, meat and semen production.
∎ Lead and supervise farm staff, providing training and guidance to support their professional development and ensure the overall growth of the farm.
∎ Ensure routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities to guarantee smooth operations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of resources, costs, and other relevant data, and prepare reports as required.
∎ Monitor and ensure the security of the farm premises to prevent any unwanted incidents.
∎ Coordinate with SCM regarding feed and medicine.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or authority.
