Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduation in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university or any other relevant discipline from any recognized University with a minimum second class in all exams/CGPA 2.5 and above or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly/annual draft accounts of the assigned projects and take necessary corrections where needed.
∎ Check assigned projects HO current account breakup, PF statement, Income Tax statement, Motorcycle loan realization statement, Staff loan statement, Salary statement of overseas staff, Cash certificate, Bank statement, Daily cash and bank statement, Bank reconciliation statement, Health Insurance payment document etc
∎ Receive of field accounts of the assigned project and Check computer journal voucher with area offices current account breakup, area offices details accounts and make the necessary correction.
∎ Prepare manual journal voucher and Update Head office current accounts reconciliation with field office.
∎ Fund transfer (DD, TT) reconcile (Head office with Field office) and Assist internal, external and other audits of the assigned projects.
∎ Meeting with program personnel to solve various finance and accounting related problems of the assigned projects
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Any other task as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Accounting, Finance, Audit, Budget, Tax / VAT
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard-working and willing to work under pressure
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy.
