∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of Accessories Store (like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch);
∎ Coordinate each& every aspect of the store department;
∎ Maintain stock report and inventory of store by using Oracle/ERP Software;
∎ Monitor MSDS procedure with compliance based storing;
∎ Follow up imported material (PI, L/C & received schedule, ETD/ETA);
∎ Use Bin Card in every item of grey fabric assigned work in connection with store and maintain required MIS;
∎ Uphold safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software database
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and speaking in English
