∎ BSc in CSE/ ICT/ ICE from any reputed University.
∎ Good communication skills both in Spoken & Written English.
∎ Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high energetic approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain IT systems, including networks, servers, and CCTV systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for approximately 70 Desktop/Laptops.
∎ Hands on experience in router, IP Sub-netting, VPN, and Routing such as BGP, OSPF.
∎ Manage Windows or Linux operating systems for AD, DNS, DHCP and FTP, Share File server etc.
∎ Network equipment hardening, protection from attackers, regular Server Backup, device health check, monitoring bandwidth usages.
∎ Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Other duties as assigned by management.
