∎ CODEC is an inheritor of DANIDA Bangladesh derived from couple of project intervention explicitly DANIDA Boat Building Project and Boat Rental Scheme. CODEC has been working as a people centered development organization since 1985.
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the position of “Office Manager” from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing CODEC ESHO SHIKHI (“Come and Learn”) Project. The objective of USAID’s Esho Shikhi Activity project is to increase access and improve the learning outcomes of marginalized Bangladeshi children in crisis –affected, marginalized and vulnerable communities. CODEC will be implementing IR 1 and IR 4 in selected 10,000 Schools under 6 coastal ivisions of Bangladesh: Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Patuakhali, Pirojpur, Barguna and Satkhira to achieve the results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is mainly responsible to ensure administrative support to the offices for smooth implementation of project.
∎ Assist annual operational plan of ESHO SHIKHI project jointly with the regional team
∎ Provide logistics and other support
∎ Responsible for maintaining all papers and documents and record all HR related activities of the project
∎ Responsible to maintain all the files of each personnel on updated fashion.
∎ Responsible to prepare all sorts of correspondence in line with proper approval.
∎ Preserve personal file for staff of field level and Review, checking and update documents of personal file
∎ Responsible to prepare updated personnel list on quarterly basis within 15 days of the quarter.
∎ Responsible to put all personnel data on Database
∎ Support to organize training, workshop, meetings as and when required.
∎ Knowledge of implementation of program management and coordination and administration
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor law and other policies.
∎ Maintain and preserve records such as Leave register, Personal file, Receive and dispatch register, House rent Agreement file, Vehicle agreement file, All kinds of legal documents such as registration certificates, FD-6 , Inventory register and Attendance and movement register.
∎ Organize and assist interviews for teachers or volunteer recruitment as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 3 years’ experience working in INGO in the field of general administration with accounts related work..
Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
