- Ability to follow up with leads and clients regularly
Responsibilities & Context: - Handle daily office and administrative tasks
- Manage calls, emails, and client communication
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Support documentation and application processing
- Coordinate with team members and management
- Assist in seminar and promotional activities
