Additional Requirements:

• Age 24 to 26 years

• The applicant MUST be fluent in English.

• Has no further study plans for the next 2/3 years.

• The task requires spending full hours (7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., including break times), we recommend only those with that patience and work accordingly for the long run.

• The applicant should have a computer with good configuration, power backup, and stable high-speed internet connectivity.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Maintain smooth communication through emails and other channels.

• Pleasantly attended to customer queries and reported them to the relevant department.

• Review and organize tasks according to priority.

• Ensure daily reporting on billing, settlement, equipment control, etc. (we will provide training on these if needed)

• Accomplish all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
