∎ অফিসের দৈনন্দিন পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা নিশ্চিত করা
∎ ফাইল, ডকুমেন্ট এবং অন্যান্য সামগ্রী নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে পৌঁছে দেওয়া
∎ অফিসের কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারীদের চা/কফি পরিবেশন করা
∎ মিটিং রুম প্রস্তুত করা এবং প্রয়োজনে অতিথি আপ্যায়নে সহায়তা করা
∎ বাহিরে বিভিন্ন অফিসে কুরিয়ার বা কাগজপত্র পৌঁছানো
∎ অফিসের আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী (স্টেশনারি, পানি, চা ইত্যাদি) পর্যবেক্ষণ ও প্রয়োজনে পুনঃসরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা
∎ উর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য কার্যাবলি সম্পাদন করা
