• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure

• Age At least 26 years

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with PostgreSQL.

• Strong understanding of the Odoo framework, modules, and architecture. 

• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo applications for enhanced performance.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with Odoo’s latest versions and new features.

• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment (e.g., AWS, Docker) and Odoo hosting.

• Experience in integrating third-party systems using RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. 

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.

• Develop, customize, and integrate Odoo ERP modules based on client specifications.  

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to enhance Odoo applications.  

• Collaborate with the business analysis and project management teams to understand and translate client requirements into Odoo solutions.  

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo systems to ensure maximum performance.  

• Conduct system upgrades, data migrations, and implement integrations with third-party applications.  

• Maintain and improve the functionality of existing Odoo ERP solutions.  

• Provide ongoing technical support, training, and documentation for Odoo implementations.  

• Ensure the quality of code through peer reviews and adhere to industry best practices.
