Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or master’s degree in nutrition, Public Health, or a related field from any recognized University with minimum second class in all exams/CGPA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive nutrition project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and donor guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with the health project team to integrate nutrition interventions into the overall healthcare services.
∎ Oversee the implementation of nutrition assessments, counseling, and treatment protocols. Supervision and Team Management:
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise a team of nutrition staff, ensuring their proficiency and adherence to best practices
∎ Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team performance and motivation.
∎ Advocate for the integration of nutrition as a key component of overall health and well-being.
∎ Conduct regular nutrition assessments to identify individual and collective nutritional needs.
∎ Establish robust monitoring systems to track the progress and impact of nutrition interventions. Analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports to inform evidence-based decision-making.
∎ Liaise with internal project stakeholders and external partners, such as NGOs and health authorities, to ensure a coordinated approach to nutrition services.
∎ Represent the project in relevant nutrition-related meetings and forums within the camp and beyond.
∎ Provide technical guidance on nutrition best practices, including counseling and education techniques.
∎ Communicate effectively with beneficiaries to raise awareness and promote active participation in nutrition programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum experience of 5 years with NGOs, UN agencies, or international development organizations, and out of 3 years experience in the Nutrition project or Programme and minimum experience in the Rohingya Refugee based project.
∎ Current national and global development trends related to nutrition, health, women empowerment, gender and justice, legal aid, rights-based approach, access to information; SDGs.
∎ Sound knowledge of Nutrition components and understanding of Project cycle management, results-based management and rights-based approach.
