∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ BSc in Nursing with valid BNMC registration. BSc in Nursing with MPH is desirable. Minimum 8 years' of experience in teaching, or 5 years' of experience in Principal/Vice Principal position, supervising instructors and carrying administrative roles are required. Experience on monitoring and quality assurance of teaching, reporting, budget management, planning & designing lessons plans, and conducting training needs assessments for nursing instructors are desired. Nursing Principal should demonstrate and encourage participatory teaching and learning approach, critical thinking in teaching (using visual aids, differentiating students in the classroom), and skill teaching attitudes. She must have knowledge and understanding of BNMC curriculum, ability to bring quality education and understand mental health of the students. She must have clear understanding of safe-guarding policy and uphold strong moral values.

∎ Job Summary:To ensure LAMB nursing management as per guidelines at LAMB Nursing Institute. The Nursing Principal will be responsible for the achievement of the objectives defined by the BNMC and LAMB and also for the provision of efficient, effective and high quality nursing education and high quality service delivery and maintaining functional relationships with GOB officials, partner organizations. She contributes to the achievement of the overall goals of LAMB Learning and Development Centre.
