Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and Implement Nursery Operation & Production budget.
∎ Mobilize resources and ensure production of saplings
∎ Ensure sapling quality standards as per required parameters.
∎ Provide technical solutions to the farmers.
∎ On-spot sales of saplings.
∎ Lead and Supervise team for its operation and production.
