Job Responsibilities:
∎ Doing individual inline, pre-final, final audit as per H&M buyer's standard.
∎ Able to handle garments products for safety issues as per H&M buyer's requirement.
∎ Performing pre-final inspection & final inspection.
∎ Doing final inspection end of the sewing line before sending the garments to the washing section.
∎ Handling the buyer responsibility during their visit independently.
∎ Full responsibility regarding the Quality & Make report by self.
∎ Ability to audit and analyze suppliers working methods in working conditions and quality standard subject to type of products and factory.
∎ Decision making on quality issue & leading (Factory) QA Team.
∎ In-Line inspection.
∎ All kinds of sample approval.
∎ Must know H&M buyer's product safety standard.
∎ Must know moisture control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience on knit Garments
∎ With relevant manufacturing experience
∎ Fluently written and spoken English
∎ Able to issue inspection report and email communication in English
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure
∎ Attention to details
∎ Available for travel when necessary
∎ Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model
