Quality control, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend internal meeting arranged by management & check mail with proper feedback.
∎ Check cut-off, order status, garments compare with approved C/S & all related documents in order file according to the buyer’s requirement.
∎ Ensured styling & all routine check during Final Inspection.
∎ Follow up broken needle policy at sewing, needle detection record at finishing and carton storage proper way at warehouse.
∎ Do Final Inspection report with supportive documents report & the problem found during inspection shown to related Dept. Head & if failed conduct/mail with attachment document to the top management.
∎ Check supplier portal in regular basis to ensure any kind of update instruction from buyer side.
∎ Ensure to sampling plan as per update AQL level & if pass the inspection then offer for Final Inspection to H&M QC.
∎ Follow up all Safety Issues, QA, QMS & RQS related work & established in floor.
∎ Follow-up monthly internal RQS Audit according to latest H&M check list & share the findings with all department head.
∎ Cross check sewing & finishing inline inspection report to ensure the findings.
∎ Effective proper way to check Production Sample & keep all record as per H&M guideline.
∎ Attend training/meeting, responsibility to maintain rules & regulation from factory & buyer side with co-operation to keep neat & clean.
