Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking the Sales Contract & UD.
∎ Checking the HS code and other details of the Sales Contract.
∎ Collecting shipment plans from the respective merchandiser.
∎ Shipment booking submit for shipping line. (Online & manual).Collecting packing list from factory concern and prepare export documents for Buyer.
∎ Invoice create (Online & manual).EXP Issue.
∎ Follow up All Shipments.
∎ Collecting Shipment advice from Forwarder and Customs documents from C&F.BL submits. (Online & Dummy).
∎ Submit the export documents online.
∎ Collecting original B/L from forwarder.
∎ Keeping Customs-related documents and Files to Customs-related Commercial persons for Audit purposes.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
