Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all kinds of technical support to the clients.
∎ Helping clients to solve technical issues by visiting physically to their end.
∎ Manage LAN, WAN and related systems in fiber optic & wifi network equipment.
∎ Basic configuration and troubleshooting of Routers, Switches and all types of network devices (PC, Laptop, Mobile, Camera, Smart TV, etc).
∎ Site Survey, Installation, Troubleshoot and Maintenance of P2P/P2M Connectivity (Optical Fiber/UTP Cable).
∎ Client connectivity work at LDP, POP, TJ Box, Client premise.
∎ Knowledge on Fiber Splicing, OTDR, Power Meter Machine.
∎ Installation, Troubleshoot and Survey.
∎ Network support and monitoring.
∎ Responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of Wireless Router, Wireless AP and Wi-Fi Signal strength.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
