∎ Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MTCRE, MTCWE, MTCTCE, MTCSE, MTCEWE or MTCIPv6E., or equivalent is highly desirable.

∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
∎ In-depth knowledge of network protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).Familiarity with security issues and various security solutions (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS).
∎ Proficient in network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark). Experience in home internet service provider company.
∎ Good knowledge on GPON and EPON technology Experience in OLT device (V.sol,Bdcom, Huawei and others configuration and maintenance.
∎ Experience to provide technical support to home user and knowledge on home user billing software
∎ Mikrotik router configure and maintenance.
∎ Knowledge in radius server and Capable to configure various WiFi router.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
∎ Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS).
∎ Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
∎ Troubleshoot network issues, provide technical support, and perform network maintenance.
∎ Conduct network fault investigations, hardware and software maintenance, and repairs.
∎ Implement security measures to protect network infrastructure.
∎ Establish and enforce policies to ensure the security and integrity of the network.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
∎ Generate reports on network performance, outages, and other metrics.
∎ Work with other network team members, software developers, and external vendors.
∎ Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior Engineer.
∎ Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
∎ Propose and implement network improvements and optimizations.
