Education:
- Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, EEE, or IT.
-2–4 years of experience in ISP or enterprise networking.
-Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and QoS.
-Familiarity with vendor equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Mikrotik).
-CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification preferred.
-Ability to work in 24/7 environments and handle on-call duties.
-Advanced certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, HCNP) highly desirable.

Responsibilities & Context:
-Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot core routers, switches, and transmission systems.
-Support daily operations of MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and other core routing protocols.
-Assist in provisioning new customer circuits and services (IP transit, VPN, VoIP).
-Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
-Work closely with NOC teams to resolve escalated issues.
-Document configurations, changes, and incident resolutions.
