Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced National sales manager/Head of Sales to contribute to our company`s sales, trade marketing & distribution objectives.
∎
∎ As a National sales manager/Head of Sales, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with our sales, distribution, and other partner agencies. You will report to CEO, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
∎ To motivate & direct Sales/distribution partners to establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives to meet sales targets.
∎ To plan and implement trade marketing, activation, and other promotional campaign in consultation with marketing and project development team.
∎ To hire district/regional and national distributors to scale up and launch the Folia Water Filter products in different channels
∎ Generate granular sales reports with recommendations for how to increase overall sales, conversion ratios, and customer retention
∎ Design, develop and execute a strategy for a rural/semi urban and urban sales network for Folia Water Filter's products.
∎ Attend and report on regular meetings with Folia's project partner organizations.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
∎ Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales /distribution team and partners are on board
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience in any reputed FMCG company with a minimum of 10 years' experience
∎ Knowledge and experience in supply chains and the last-mile distribution challenges and opportunities in rural and urban markets
∎ Willingness to work in Startup mindset
∎ Strong curiosity to understand and benefit low-income consumers and markets
∎ Experience managing a high-performance sales team
∎ An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
∎ Ability to work with diverse stakeholders; government, large MNC's/Local's distribution and project partners, rural SME's
