Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be a strategic national sales planner having right kind of knowledge to lead the sales team.
∎ Positive aptitude and attitude to set an aggressive sales target as well as achieve it.
∎ Capable to develop monitoring devices to supervise national sales team effectively and efficiently.
∎ Led development of the Trade Marketing Strategy.
∎ Dealer and corporate Business Policy formulation and execution
∎ Develop sales programs targeted to Dealer, wholesalers and distributors
∎ NPD launch and assuring focus direction of the FF.
∎ Closely monitor and analyze sales volume, market share, and Landed Price and competitor activities
∎ Manage channel members for developing proper distribution network
∎ Reference Group activation plan and execution
∎ Develop sales monitoring device for managing policy effectively
∎ Involve to Visual Merchandising, shop sign board & outdoor branding
∎ Ensure right market visibility through regular merchandising
∎ Participate in POP/POS in order to supervise all promotional activities.
∎ Key role player for developing SOP for Sales Team.
∎ Initiated training and workshops for developing skills for Retail Sales and corporate sales
∎ Collect and analyze the business statistical data as per requirements
∎ Built good relationship among Dealer & working partner.
∎ Handle customer's inquiries and complaints.
∎ Need to motivate & monitor team players and channel members to achieve business goal.
∎ Develop sales programs targeted to Dealer, wholesalers.
∎ Need to execute market intelligence initiatives.
∎ In depth knowledge on trade marketing activities for elevating product demand and brand Image.
∎ Strong understanding on market intelligence with analytical ability.
∎ Must be able to manage credit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 to 12 years hard core sales experience having 2 to 3 years in the similar position
∎ The applicant should have experience in paints industry or company / Reputed FMCG organizations.
∎ Strong leadership quality and amiable personality
∎ Proactive, responsible and strong sense of decision making.
∎ Willing to travel frequently.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy (Advance level MS Excel is a must.)
