Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely Follow Up and Monitoring of each activity of marketing actions.
∎ Set strategic plan and implement tactical action to achieve organization objective.
∎ Identify market opportunities & forecast business ventures.
∎ Regular basis monthly sales meeting with SE, ASM and other field related
∎ Purpose, problem identify and decision making to achieve the desire goal.
∎ Sales planning and implementation through channel members to reach the Budget/ Target
∎ Channel of distribution development to ensure products group wise focus across.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with top level corporate/ Institute buyers.
∎ Training needs identification for different layer of in house professionals.
∎ Inventory management of finish goods market wise.
∎ Route plan wise market visit new outlet creates and ensures the products and cordial relation with the distributors/ Dealers.
∎ Credit management for institutional customers.
∎ Strategic alignment of existing business & launching of new business/ products
