∎ Age 35 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving the target product sales level and collection of products as per the prescribed policy.
∎ Providing instructions and monitoring the daily activities of RSM and ASM.
∎ Regular market visits, potential dealer visits, and visits to retail electrical shops.
∎ Continuously creating new dealers to expand the company's business.
∎ Identify all dealers’ problems and encourage irregular dealers to do regular business to solve them.
∎ Coordinating with the logistics department, manufacturing department, and other related departments to ensure a maximum supply of products.
∎ Evaluating the performance of RSM and ASM as per KPI.
∎ Arrange for the approval of the department head as per the need for daily order, delivery, and collection process.
∎ Approving the daily attendance, tour plan, TA/DA, expense claim, etc. of subordinate team members.
∎ Prepare daily delivery, collection, and target achievement reports and present them to the department head.
∎ Participate in monthly and other discussion meetings for sales development and overall development of team members.
∎ Perform other tasks as directed by the authorities.
