Responsibilities & Context:
- Keeping account of post sales and calculating sales.
- Payment of showroom collection to company account through designated bank.
- Accounting of all showroom expenses.
- Providing services related to POS dealer`s ledger.
- Ensuring product delivery and keeping stock updated as per dealer requirements.
- Implementation of following approval process for delivery of goods to credit dealers.
- As per the instructions of the Show-room In-charge and follow the stock policy; Taking product orders and delivery of products to the company for showrooms.
- Showroom should be closed by updating the daily income and expenditure account in the POS software before closing the showroom.
- After counting the stock on Thursday of every week, a copy should be sent to the Operation Head under the signature of the in-charge.
