Additional Requirements:

An eligible candidate shall have experience in operating various accounting software, e.g.: SAP, POS, Tally etc.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To lead the accounts team of Walton Electric Solution (Walton Cables)

  • To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, accounts analysis reports, and financial charts (where applicable) within a specified time and present them to the management.

  • To supervise and guide all showroom accountants of Walton Cables.

  • To regularly monitor showroom stocks and collect daily/weekly reports from the accounts officers.

  • To verify and reconcile party balance, supplier ledger, and bank accounts.

  • To prepare regular accounts provisions after reviewing all expenses.

  • To coordinate with the ICT department to improve the quality of accounts-related functions and work towards complete automation.

  • To prepare financial budget and implement budgetary control.

  • To review credit limits provided by the Business Planning and Development Department as per policy, verifying and selecting all necessary documents for opening new party codes, and recommending approval.

  • To check the party ledger as per policy by the showroom accountants of each showroom, and ensure ledger clearance of parties at the end of the month.

  • To formulate budget according to the fiscal year (2025-2026 and subsequent years) for the purpose of calculating and settling payments through automation of all dealer bills and annual benefits of dealers as per policy.

  • To verify and select all TA/DA bills of salespeople through mobile Apps and the Bill Verification Department, and complete the payment within the specified time; At the same time, work towards bringing the related bills under automation.

  • To complete the monthly bill payment according to the deeds of all showrooms.

  • To ensure the payment of all bills, including inter-company adjustment and the Electrician Program Bill.

  • Any other task assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
