Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic personality to lead our Sales and Marketing team.
∎ Workplace: Work with Field force in field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set sales target & achieve the company goal.
∎ Planning, monitoring, controlling sales force.
∎ Strictly control sales force routine, frequently visit field force and dealer points
∎ Increase company sales to desired level with reasonably accepted overhead expenses
∎ Plan and devise effective trade marketing and other promotional campaigns
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority
∎ Manage dealer and Depoe all over Bangladesh

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales, Sales Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Food & Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Minimum 8 to10 experience in FMCG (Household and Hygiene products)
∎ The incumbent having similar role in Manufacturing Companies or FMCG Companies will be given preference
∎ Must have practical extensive experience and proven track record of leading large sales force group and increasing sales substantially
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work for long hours

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
