∎ Envisage and design different sales channels for maximizing market penetration;
∎ Devise strategies to achieve the goals;
∎ Strong strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate and identify business opportunities;
∎ Create, maintain and improve systems so that the revenues are not lost;
∎ Find opportunities of new business prospects and communicate it to the management so that there are enough inventories to sell at any given time Develop and implement effective sales strategies;
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets;
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned corporate accounts;
∎ Negotiate and close agreements with customers;
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs;
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Functional understanding of Laboratory workflow and process;
∎ Experience working in complex sales environments with demonstrated success;
∎ Successful negotiation, strategic planning and organizational skills;
∎ Entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a desire to conquer complex sales processes;
∎ Must have strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
∎ Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience as National Sales Manager of any reputed hospital / diagnostic / Pharmaceuticals company.
