∎ Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly) of the Division/National.
∎ Prepare modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for increasing existing sales volume
∎ Take effective measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new market.
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to existing and potential customers in retail area to increase the sales
∎ Build a strong relationship with the new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers
