Additional Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)Minimum 12 years’ experience in dealer/distributor sales of electronics or home appliances (TV, refrigerator, AC, kitchen appliances, etc.)

Proven track record in nationwide dealer management and achieving aggressive sales targets.

Strong knowledge in credit sales, collections, and territory planning.

Leadership experience in managing large and geographically dispersed teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Tech-savvy with experience in CRM/Sales Automation Tools preferred.

Willing to travel extensively across Bangladesh.



Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Dealer Network Development:

Identify, onboard and expand dealer networks across all regions.

Explore new geographic markets and build strong, sustainable channel relationships.

Analyze market gaps and propose strategic interventions to increase dealer coverage.

Sales Growth & Revenue Management:

Develop and execute national sales and collection strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Monitor region-wise sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions.

Drive product penetration, upselling and cross-selling through dealer network.

Credit Sales Management:

Establish credit control policies aligned with company guidelines.

Monitor credit sales vs. collection performance across territories.

Collaborate with finance team to ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding aging.

People & Performance Management:

Lead and mentor the regional ASM/TSO teams with clear KPIs and performance tracking.

Develop territory-specific plans and coaching initiatives for field force.

Conduct regular market visits and joint fieldwork to ensure market alignment.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Share periodic MIS reports and business insights with management.

Contribute to product development and forecasting based on dealer/market feedback.
