Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing the industry scenario and defining the sales & trade marketing strategy and targets and ensuring annual target achievement.
∎ Leading sales team to drive and ensure sales achievement across channels.
∎ Providing guidance to the sales team to effectively manage the existing sales and distribution infrastructure and develop it in line with company's objectives.
∎ Planning, implementing & controlling trade marketing & sales operations.
∎ Establishing and reviewing processes & systems for sales & distribution function.
∎ Select, develop and nurture right fit distributors & field team to drive sales process and growth.
∎ Support CEO & CMO to develop and drive long-term objectives of the company
∎ Cross functional engagement to ensure quality and timely service delivery to customers.
∎ Ensure regulatory and industry compliances related to sales operations.
∎ Drive innovations to build competitive advantage and process improvement

Salary:
∎ Tk. 130000 - 150000 (Monthly)
∎ Take Home Salary Range: 130-150K (fixed + variable part linked to monthly performance)Outstation Travel Allowance
