∎ · Preferred Professional Certification: Post graduation Diploma in Marketing, food science,

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Inviting application for the post of "National Sales Manager" to lead the sales team by planning, implementing and directing sales activities to achieve sales target
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (but have to visit different parts of the country frequently)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is completely target-oriented and have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales and collection target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ · Responsible for overall sales, dealer development, pricing, communication, market visit/planning, competitors offering analysis, market demand analysis.
∎ · Lead and Hire an experienced Sales Team including Divisional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and TSO.
∎ · Prepare sales reports and analysis report for senior management.
∎ · Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its nationwide territories.
∎ · Visit dealers and retail points countrywide in company and report to senior management for every market visit.
∎ · Monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly budget preparation.
∎ · Formulate sales strategy and action plan to initiate rapid business growth and national target achievement.
∎ · Train, teach and monitor the whole sales team on a daily basis to ensure consistent implementation of best sales practices.
∎ · Forecasting and achieving the sale target of the company.
∎ · Carry out sales analysis, business analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis to increase market share.
∎ · Submit Daily Sales activity report to the Management.
∎ · Handle Credit Recovery related issues.
∎ · Develop and execute appropriate promotional plans and strategies to create demand of the products.
∎ · Handle client's inquiries and complaints.
∎ · Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ · Monitor, Motivate & inspire the sales team to achieve individual sales target.
∎ · Prepare and produce reports as required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ · Skills: Sales and Marketing in consumer product
∎ · Applicant must have minimum 5 years' experience as "National Sales Manager" position in consumer products.
∎ · The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales.
∎ · Must be able to set-up Sales Team immediately.
∎ · Must be experienced in managing a large sales team.
∎ · Must have excellent leadership skills.
