∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Annual budget planning and setting up target based on industry scenario.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Recovery of credit from the market.
∎ Determine price schedules and discount rates.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 12 years' experience in the food industry (Raw chicken meat & further processed food).
∎ Ability to forecast future market & respond to the market shifting & adopting new policies.
∎ Smart, energetic and result oriented team member.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
